Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Urban Blossom. Please read our shipping policy below for information on order processing, delivery times, and costs.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

Order Tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Urban Blossom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Urban Blossom is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us directly at cararrquota@gmail.com to file a claim.
 

If you haven't received your order within [ 7 days] of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [support email] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Urban Blossom is not responsible if an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at cararrquota@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
