Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Urban Blossom.

Return Window

You have [7 days] from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Your order number
The item(s) you'd like to return
The reason for the return

Once approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
We provide a prepaid return label for domestic returns; [$X] will be deducted from your refund to cover this cost.
Free returns are offered on all orders.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within [7 business days], and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at cararrquota@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
